Dealer Terms of Sale · Draft (2026-06)
Dealer Terms of Sale
This is a working draft summary of the terms that govern wholesale purchases through the VirtualCarHub Dealer Portal. Final, counsel-reviewed terms will replace this draft before live transactions; registered dealers will be asked to re-accept the finalized version.
1. Vehicle condition & arbitration
Vehicles are sold as-is per the inspection report. Arbitration is limited to undisclosed items over $600 (e.g., unreported frame damage, blown transmission, inoperative A/C), judged against the inspection report, within 48 hours of delivery. A valid claim nets against the title-delivery invoice.
2. Payment & possession
On award, the dealer e-signs the Bill of Sale and submits ACH payment for transport cost. The vehicle is then picked up from the customer's location and delivered to the dealer. Title is retained until the vehicle price is paid in full on title delivery; title processing is clerical and may take several weeks, as is customary in wholesale.
3. Privacy
Dealers see only the customer's ZIP code (for the transport quote). The customer's name, full address, phone, and email are never exposed; the pickup address is shared only with the carrier.
4. Auction & award
Bidding runs for 24 hours once opened. Awards are provisional until the related buy-side retail deal completes with a clean inspection; if that deal does not complete, the award is voided and the vehicle is relisted or routed to another channel.
